About Jo Byard
I have worked for various companies in administrative roles since leaving school in 1986. I have a wealth of experience in office administration from working in sales, purchasing, finance, education, contracts and compliance.
I joined Brand Recovery as Office manager in August 2017 having been previously employed as Contracts & Compliance administrator for a local training provider network.
My main duties and responsibilities are organising the daily administrative and office functions of Brand Recovery and to support the daily management and engagement of learner’s attendance, referrals and liaison with partner agencies. I also provide administrative support to KTL.
I am currently working towards Level 3 Business Administration, after which I hope to gain qualifications in Fashion & Textiles which I am hoping will help me to support the learners here.
