At West Mill, Belper have been working with KTL on a number of projects over the last 3 years and more recently, NVQs including Customer Service, Business Admin, Performing Manufacturing Operations and Manufacturing Textiles (level 2 and 3). This opportunity was offered to all employees at all levels to develop their skills and the feedback and response has been extremely positive. the employees have been so enthusiastic, which has increased motivation and productivity. Its not just about the qualification, seeing the boost in employees confidence as a result of this training is priceless. As one of our main training partners in the delivery of The Derbyshire Network ‘s SFA funded contract we have built a firm and effective working relationship with KTL over a number of years. KTL have been a quality delivery partner over that time with excellent learner recruitment and success rates being achieved by the company during present and previous years. KTL are now an active partner in the Network’s development into the delivery of apprenticeship training programmes and we foresee the relationship between KTL and The Derbyshire Network continuing for a considerable length of time.
